LightSpeed Group Training
The Groups session will cover creating and maintaining Group Masters.  In the event that you will have the CI interface, the steps required for handling group masters with CI will also be covered.  This includes matching existing mini-hotels to CI so that actualization can be recorded.  This session will cover group billing, group blocks, rooming lists, group reporting, group batch functionality, and other group functions.  This will be done in the live hotel, so please bring group details for this session.

LightSpeed Accounts Recievable
The Accounts Receivable session will provide all aspects of creating, modifying, and searching for AR accounts, including posting/adjustments, applying payments to line item invoices, generating statements, invoices, and Master Bills.  Finance reports will also be discussed. If you have a Back Office system, please come prepared with your GL accounts as they will be setup during this session. All associates who will perform Accounts Receivable functions should attend this session.
